Phoenix Scholarship Applications
Phoenix Scholarship Applications will be accepted
July 15 - September 15, 2024.
All applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST
on September 15, 2024.
Scholarships will be awarded November 1, 2024.
1. Applicants must read the Qualifications and Requirements and agree to all items outlined.
2. Applicants must read the Random Drug Testing Policy and agree to its terms and conditions.
3. Applicants must read the Social Media Policy and agree to its terms and conditions.
Please carefully read the Qualifications and Requirements to ensure you are eligible for a Phoenix Scholarship, and that you can and will agree to all the terms and conditions described in that document. After you have thoroughly read the Qualifications and Requirements, Random Drug Testing Policy, the Social Media Policy, the Authorization for Release of Information and the FERPA Consent Form, you are ready to begin the online application below. These documents do not need to be signed and submitted with your application. If you are selected as a semi-finalist, you will be asked to sign these documents during your interview.
After you click SUBMIT APPLICATION, please scroll to the top of the page to view the confirmation of the submission. You also should receive an email confirming receipt of your application.

PLEASE NOTE: The application requires the submission of an essay. Please complete that essay and save it as a Word doc or a pdf or take a photo of your handwritten essay and save it as a jpg. That document will need to be uploaded to the application before the form can be submitted.
